Each of our items are made to order and lovingly handcrafted in house, by a member of our studio making team. 

 

MAKE TIMES

If you place an order before 1pm on a working day, we'll try our very best to make and dispatch your order on the same day. If you place an order after 1pm on a working day, your order will be made and dispatched on the next working day - simple, right? Orders with Express delivery placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day and orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched on the following working day.

If you've treated yourself to a custom order or simply requested a digital design proof, we'll need a few extra working days to design your order, making sure it is absolutely perfect. 

DELIVERY IN THE UK - FREE (YAY!) / EXPRESS £6.95

Orders are delivered by Royal Mail. Standard UK delivery is estimated as 1-3 working days and once your order has been dispatched you will receive confirmation of your delivery reference number, so that we can see when your order has arrived safely with you.

For those urgent orders, we recommend choosing Express delivery which guarantees delivery for the next working day from dispatch, at a cost of £6.95. Express delivery will require a signature on arrival, however if no one is at home when the delivery is attempted, do not fear, the order will be taken to your local collections office and a calling card will be left, to explain how you can collect your order. Orders left uncollected after 14 days, will be returned to us as the sender and we might ask you to pay for the re-delivery of your order.  If you're not sure where your nearest collection office is, you can check here. 

DELIVERY TO EUROPE - £3.00

For orders heading out to Europe, delivery is estimated as 3-5 working days, please allow up to 7 working days for your order to arrive, just in case any delays have occurred during the journey, from our studio to your front door. If you'd like a delivery upgrade, you can opt for a Tracked or Signed service at the checkout*.

*Tracked or Signed services are currently only available to selected countries, our clever web-bot will only display the option to add these services if they are available to your chosen destination.

DELIVERY TO THE REST OF THE WORLD - £3.00

For orders to the rest of the World (excluding the EU), delivery is estimated as 5-7 working days, please allow up to 14 working days for your order to arrive, just in case any delays have occurred during the longer journey to your door step or with international customs. If you'd like a delivery upgrade, you can opt for a Tracked or Signed service at the checkout*.

COLLECTION

We offer free UK standard delivery on all items, however if you fancy popping down to meet the team and collect your order, you'll need to arrange this with us, prior to setting off. Most of our items are made to order, so we'll need a little time to create your order and get it ready for collection. For more information please visit our contact page here.

Prefer to use a Courier service? Sure, why not arrange your own collection from us, just be sure to get in touch first so that we can ensure your order is made and packed in line with any arranged collection times.
