We do everything we can to ensure your order is dispatched promptly from our studio, however standard delivery timeframes are estimates and delays in Royal Mail's delivery service do occasionally take place. Although these delays are out of our control, we will do all we can to help.

would advise ordering as far in advance as possible to avoid
disappointment due to shipping delays that are out of our

If you find that your order is a little later than expected, please follow these guidelines before getting in touch. We'll always ask these questions when answering enquiries dealing with delivery as this helps us to solve any simple issues efficiently.
1. Has my order been dispatched yet? All orders are made and finished by hand. If you're waiting for an order, take a look at your email inbox and junk mail, as we may be awaiting a reply to a query regarding your order. This can occur if you have ordered a product with a design proof or if we're querying a personalisation request.
2. Is my delivery address correct? You'll find your delivery address on your order confirmation. If you find that your delivery address is incorrect, don't panic, orders dispatched to an incorrect or incomplete address are usually rejected or returned to the sender (us!). Although we can't take responsibility for incorrect delivery addresses entered at the checkout, once we receive the order back, we'll be in touch to arrange redelivery and the fees associated with this.
3. Have I waited for the full dispatch time to pass? Standard orders to the UK take an estimated 2-3 working days, orders to Europe take an estimated 3-5 working days (please allow up to 7 working days) and orders to the Rest of the World, take an estimated 5-7 working days (please allow up to 14 working days).
4. Has my order been left in a safe place? On occasion, posties can leave items in a 'safe place' if delivery cannot be achieved so do take a quick scan around your front porch, office reception, under the neighbours cat!
5. Is my delivery at the local mail collections office? Some of our orders are packed in large envelopes and boxes, which do not fit through a standard size letter box. If you happen to be out and about when the delivery is attempted, a lovely post person will take your order to your local mail collections office, so you can pick it up at your leisure. They'll usually leave a calling card, however it's best to check with them, just in case! Please note that standard delivery orders will be held by the Royal Mail for 30 days and express delivery orders will be held for 7 days, before being returned to the sender (us!). 6. Is your order being sent with Express Delivery? We will have normal sent you through a tracking number and your item can be tracked here. Your order will require a signature before it can be delivered, so if you happened to be out when the delivery was attempted, the order will be taken to your local mail collections office to be picked up at your leisure.
