We strive to provide fast, efficient delivery options for our customers. Each of our products is created in-house by one of our team of makers. You can meet the team by clicking here!
We know that you often need items quickly so if you place an order before 1pm on a working day (Mon - Fri) we'll try our very best to create and dispatch your order on the same day. If you place an order after 1pm on a working day your order will be created and dispatched on the next working day.
If you've chosen one of our special 'Custom' products that allow you to upload your own artwork, or you've selected to have a 'digital proof', we'll need a few extra days to design your order to ensure that it's absolutely perfect!
UK STANDARD DELIVERY
Delivery to the UK is charged at £2.75 for orders under £30 and FREE when you spend £30 or more!
UK Delivery is with Royal Mail's 48 service and is estimated at 2-3 working days.
Items are delivered Monday - Saturday (excluding Bank and Public Holidays)
If you need your order to arrive on or by a specific date we'd advise choosing UK Express Delivery.
UK EXPRESS DELIVERY
Express Delivery is with Royal Mail's Next Working Day Service and is £6.95. We are only able to offer this on certain products within our range.
You'll get guaranteed delivery of your order placed before 1pm*.
Delivery will require a signature on arrival and will be delivered on the next working day.
* During the COVID Pandemic, Royal Mail are not able to guarantee Express Delivery before the 1pm deadline - they still aim for a Next Working Day service.*
Orders placed before 2pm Monday - Thursday will be delivered on the next working day. Orders placed before 1pm on Friday through to 2pm on the following Monday will be delivered before 1pm on Tuesday.
As of the 1st of January 2021, during the Brexit transition, it's likely that customs delays may occur on all orders being dispatched to destinations within the EU or ROW. We will continue to make and dispatch your order to you swiftly, however delivery timeframes are only estimated and are all likely to be affected by the the delay, as a result of the new regulations. We appreciate your patience during this time.
Depending on your location and the items that you order, there may be duties and taxes to pay. The receiver is responsible for these and Clouds and Currents does not cover these costs. We would recommend clarifying any additional charges before placing your order.
Unfortunately, we are unable to delivery to worldwide PO boxes.
Our International Delivery is currently sent un-tracked. This means that you will be unable to check the location of your order during transit.
We would like to ask that you allow extra time for your order to be received due to the current circumstances and the pressure that Royal Mail and other couriers are under. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund on postage if orders arrive outside the estimated time frame, as this is out of our control.
We don't bite... seriously, you might even get to meet Peanut. :)
